Built in 1896, this expertly designed, fully navigable, historic Dutch Klipper barge measures 29 m and is currently moored on a residential mooring at Albion Quay, Battersea. The vessel was dry docked, surveyed and re-painted in 2016. The accommodation comprises; an entrance into the stern with access to a bedroom, stair access leading down to the open-plan living/dining room and an open-plan kitchen which has wooden fitted cabinets. Heating and cooking powered by a Stanley Aga system. Towards the middle of the vessel is a large wood burning stove and stairs leading down to an office area. At the bow of the boat is a large double bedroom with built-in storage and en suite.Battersea has many riverside walks and plenty of cycle routes. The beautiful 200 acre Battersea Park is home to a wide variety of birds and plants. It also features plentiful recreational opportunities including a children's zoo, boating lake and the Pump House Gallery. The charming Battersea Square nearby includes small businesses, restaurants, bars, cafés and fine dining at Gordon Ramsay's ''London House'. The National Rail service from Clapham Junction takes you directly to Victoria and Waterloo within a short amount of time. There are regular bus services in all directions and its' a short stroll to the Thames Clipper boat service.
